Welcome to Kingdom Cleaning & More. By accessing our website or using our cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Kingdom Cleaning & More provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in Connecticut and Massachusetts. The specific scope of each cleaning is agreed upon at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

2. Scheduling and Cancellations

• Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
• Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to staff illness, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Recurring clients who cancel without adequate notice on three or more occasions may have their recurring schedule terminated.

3. Access to Property

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property for our cleaning team on the scheduled service date. If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time through no fault of our own, a lock-out fee may apply.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of each cleaning service unless otherwise arranged in advance.
• We accept major credit cards, cash, and other payment methods as specified at time of booking.
• Recurring clients may be invoiced on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis as agreed.
• Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the unsatisfactory areas at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to recurring issues caused by normal daily activity between cleans.

6. Liability and Damage Claims

• Kingdom Cleaning & More is fully insured and bonded. We carry general liability insurance for all services provided.
• Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from items not properly secured or disclosed prior to service.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
• We are not responsible for damage to improperly installed fixtures, surfaces, or items that are not disclosed as fragile prior to cleaning.

7. Client Responsibilities

To help us deliver the best results, you agree to:

• Secure or remove fragile items, valuables, and irreplaceable objects prior to our arrival
• Provide access to water and electricity at the property
• Disclose any hazardous materials, pest issues, or health hazards on the property
• Ensure pets are secured in a way that allows our team to safely perform their work
• Notify us of any special instructions or areas you want excluded from cleaning

8. Non-Solicitation of Staff

You agree not to directly hire, solicit, or employ any current or former Kingdom Cleaning & More team member for cleaning services during the term of our agreement and for a period of 12 months following the last service date. Violation of this clause may result in a referral fee equal to 6 months of the staff member's compensation.

9. Confidentiality

Our team members are required to maintain strict confidentiality regarding your home, its contents, and your personal information. We take privacy seriously and have policies in place to protect your information.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Kingdom Cleaning & More and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kingdom Cleaning & More shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hartford County, Connecticut.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
