Founder and owner Christiane “Chris” Nascimento, who experienced her own share of challenges while caring for her husband after his stroke, is committed to paying forward the support she received during that difficult time.

This very spirit of giving inspired me to partner with Cleaning for a Reason and give back to the community by offering free cleanings for cancer patients. Through a partnership with Cleaning for a Reason, Kingdom Cleaning and More supports two cancer patients’ homes each month for two consecutive months free of charge. This is an ongoing service to cancer patients residing in West Hartford, CT, and Milford, MA, and within a 20-mile radius of each city.

Our Story
My husband and I are married for 20 years and we have 2 beautiful children. In January 2017, my husband had a stroke that left him in a coma for over 3 months. His brain was severely damaged. The doctors had no hope that he was ever going to wake up. By God’s grace, a miracle happened. He woke up. He is recovering day after day with the help of different types of therapy and a lot of exercises daily. During these hard times of our lives, I worked very hard to grow my cleaning company while taking care of him, the house, and the kids. I cannot thank you enough for all the help I received from friends and family. That is why my husband and I decided to give back to the community.
