West Hartford, CT – August 23, 2023 – Kingdom Cleaning and More has joined forces with Cleaning for a Reason, a nonprofit organization that provides complimentary house cleaning to cancer patients. Founder and owner Cristiane Da Silva (“Cris”), who faced a personal tragedy in 2017 that compelled her to become her family’s sole provider, is committed to paying forward the support she received during that difficult time.
“After a tragedy in 2017, I devoted myself to my cleaning company while managing our household and caring for our children,” shared Cris. “The help I received from loved ones during those tough times is something I’ll forever be grateful for. That same spirit of giving inspired me to partner with Cleaning for a Reason and give back to the community by offering free cleanings for cancer patients. Through its partnership with Cleaning for a Reason, Kingdom Cleaning and More supports two cancer patients’ homes each month for two consecutive months, entirely free of charge. This ongoing service is available to cancer patients residing in West Hartford, CT, Milford, MA, and within a 20-mile radius of each city.
